Can we throw away aligners that have already been worn?

No. As part of your treatment, all invisible aligners must be kept until the end of the treatment. If an invisible aligner is lost or damaged, you may need to replace the previous one. For simplicity's sake, you can keep used aligners in their numbered packaging.
