Our team will assess your request to determine whether you are eligible for a new treatment. As part of this process, they will ask you for a number of things, including photographs. If they determine that your teeth have not moved, that a new treatment is not indicated or that you are not eligible for any reason, this guarantee will not be applied.

This guarantee is conditional on the treatment and recommendations being followed.

This guarantee only applies to the teeth concerned by the treatment. It does not cover teeth affected by external circumstances, treatment, illness, trauma or missing teeth.

To retain the lifetime guarantee, you must have completed the treatment as recommended by Alignae. Once the treatment has been completed, you must have purchased maintenance aligners once a year and worn them for at least 7 consecutive days a year.
