To manufacture the aligners 4.0, Alignae uses Tera Harz TC-85 DAC resin, which is a bio-compatible photoreactive polymer resin that enables the aligners to be printed directly without the need for thermoforming. This gives much more precise control over the shape and thickness of the aligners and the stresses on the teeth.
This resin is FDA approved, KFDA certified and complies with CE standards.
Our 4.0 aligners retain their strength over time, whereas conventional aligners lose up to 80% in the first 24 hours. The direct consequence of this performance is the effectiveness and speed of the treatment, which enables us to offer you treatments of between 3 and 6 months in 85% of cases.
What if the result isn't perfect? In that case, we can offer you a follow-up treatment at no extra cost to keep you happy at 100%. Your smile really is our priority.
