If you would like a refund or an exchange, there are just three things you need to know:

• You must return your order within 5 days of receipt.
• You are responsible for return transport and any associated costs.
• If you wish to receive a new treatment plan, you will receive it within 30 days of receipt of your return shipment.

Our experts will use your dental impressions to design your aligners.

• If the impressions are faulty, we will send you a new kit to make a new impression of the jaw in question at no extra cost to you.
• If we don't think we can give you an absolutely satisfactory result with our aligners, we'll give you a full refund for the impression kit.
• If you wish to continue with Alignae and order your treatment plan, we will deduct what you paid for the impression kit from the final price.

To help you get the smile of your dreams and keep it that way, we ask you to follow a few recommendations:

• Wear your invisible aligners every day: Following the instructions in your treatment plan and wearing the aligners regularly for at least 10 hours a day will help you to achieve your goal with peace of mind. Any change to the treatment plan or to the aligners will invalidate the guarantee.
• Don't throw away your aligners after use: keep them until the end of the treatment, as they are needed to maintain the warranty, and in the event of loss or damage to an aligner, it may be necessary to wear the previous aligner while waiting to receive a new aligner.
• Use the orthodontic vibrator on a daily basis: Using this device has been shown to reduce discomfort and any perceived pain, as well as shortening treatment times by increasing the effectiveness of the aligners.
• Perfect hygiene: Not only is this important for your general health, but particularly during treatment with invisible aligners, it allows the teeth to move better.

If the above recommendations are not followed, the guarantee may be altered and the cost of adapting the treatment plan increased.

If at the end of your treatment, having followed these recommendations, you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the end of treatment for a new assessment. If approved, you may be eligible for an additional pair of invisible aligners.

If, despite having followed the recommendations, your teeth have moved after completing the treatment, and there are no contraindications, you will receive a new impression kit to make a new treatment plan and new invisible aligners to correct the position of your teeth at no extra cost to you.

Our team will assess your request to determine whether you are eligible for a new treatment. As part of this process, they will ask you to provide a range of information, including photographs. If they determine that your teeth have not moved, that a new treatment is not indicated or that you are not eligible for any reason, this guarantee will not be applied.

This guarantee is conditional on the treatment and recommendations being followed.

This guarantee only applies to the teeth concerned by the treatment. It does not cover teeth affected by external circumstances, treatment, illness, trauma or missing teeth.

To retain the lifetime guarantee, you must have completed the treatment as recommended by Alignae. Once the treatment has been completed, you must have purchased maintenance aligners once a year and worn them for at least 7 consecutive days a year.
